Ensure a high quality image with no faces near the edge before uploading (otherwise it may not meet our standards!)

Ensure your photo has a 1cm margin around the edges. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the inclusion of all faces. Submit a photo with the subject centred.

Consider the quality of your photo when selecting an image. Using an older photo may result in lower pixel quality, so keep this in mind when making your choice.

This is a slate product and is very fragile, you will receive the photo slate and 2 “feet” for the slate to stand into.

Natural imperfections, little lumps, surface marks, and minor scuffs may be present in photos printed on our natural slate due to its unique cut. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
